Welcome to my two-day vlog of my micro-bakery journey, where I will be crafting my favorite vegan gluten-free cinnamon rolls. Day 1 – Preparing the Dough

On day one, I started by gathering all the ingredients for the ultimate vegan gluten-free cinnamon rolls. The recipe I used was by The Loopy Whisk, and it was perfect for my micro-bakery needs. Here is a quick recipe overview:

  • Warm almond milk mixed with maple syrup and yeast.

I placed them on a baking tray and let them rise for another 30 minutes. Before baking, I brushed some vegan butter on top, and I bake them in my RM2020 oven for 20 minutes.

Day 2 – Glazing and Tasting

On the second day, I prepared the icing for the cinnamon rolls, which consisted of powdered sugar, vegan butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. After the rolls had cooled, I drizzled the icing over them and let them set for a couple of minutes.

Finally, it was time to taste the most awaited cinnamon rolls. And let me tell you, they were beyond delicious! They were soft, fluffy, and full of cinnamon flavor. I highly recommend The Loopy Whisk’s recipe to anyone who wants to make vegan gluten-free cinnamon rolls.
