Here’s what you’ll need:
Custard Cream Filling:
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup condensed milk (230g)
1 cup full cream milk (250ml)
2 tbsps cornstarch (20g)
2 tbsps butter and 1/4 tsp salt

PASTRY DOUGH:
2 cups strong flour (250g) You can use all purpose flour too 🙂
1 tsp salt (5g)
200 grams cold unsalted butter
1/3 cup ice cold water (80ml)
