3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]

1/2 cup butter (unsalted) [115 grams]
1 cup cream cheese [225 grams]
1/3 cup all purpose cream [80 ml]
1 cup powdered sugar [120 grams]
grated cheese (topping)
•Ensaymada mold size: 4 inch
•Bake @ 180°C or 360°F for 15 to 20 mins. or until light brown top. (Baking time may vary on the type of oven)
