Double Cheese Bread 🧀🍞| Cheese Streusel bread #recipe #baking

1 large egg [60 grams]
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant dry yeast [6 grams]
1 cup fresh milk (lukewarm) [240 ml]
3 cups bread flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
3 tbsp unsalted butter [45 grams]

1 cup plain flour (or all purpose flour, bread flour, 3rd class flour) [135 grams]
1/4 cup unsalted butter [60 grams]
1/4 cup milk powder [30 grams]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
1 cup grated cheddar cheese [85 grams]

*cheddar cheese for filling
*liquid milk for dipping (may use full cream milk, evap milk, fresh milk or diluted milk powder) – i used diluted milk powder in this recipe

First proofing: 1 hour
Second proofing: 35 to 45 mins.

Bake @ 180C for about 20 mins. or until slightly browned.
⁉️Baking time may depend on the type & function of the oven.

Recipe yield: 15 pcs. (if 50 grams each)
