How to make a quick and easy Chicken Biryani at home that is super yummy.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
3 medium onions (thinly sliced)
1 kg cleaned chicken thighs
3-4 medium tomatoes (sliced).
2 chilies (sliced)
2 tbsps garlic paste
2 tbsps ginger paste
5 tbsps or 60 grams Biryani Powder Mix (any brand will do)
1/2 cup yogurt(120g)
4 tbsps lemon juice(60ml)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 cup water (250ml)

3 lites water
3 cup basmati rice (washed and drained)
2 star anise
7 cloves
1-2 cinnamon sticks
5 cardamon seeds
2 tsps salt
