1 tbsp sugar [13 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [2 grams]
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp cold butter
4 tbsp cold water [60 ml]
✔️Egg / Custard Flan
1 egg (yolk & white separated) [60 g]
3 whole eggs [60 grams each]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1 can condensed milk [300 ml]
1 can evaporated milk [370 ml]
