It’s chewy and soft, perfect for curry!
The recipe is comes from a cook book of Indian curry restaurant.
The naan is originally baked in Tandor which is Indian style oven, set on really hot temperature.
I used frying pan and oven, so it doesn’t look like restaurant style bubbly naan.
But it still taste delicious!
You can serve with any dishes of your choice!

・4 plain naan/ 4 scallion naan
500g all-purpose flour
50g yogurt
1 large egg
1 tbs salt
50g sugar
1/2 tbs baking soda
1 tbs baking powder
200ml whole milk ※any milk of your choice
50ml water
