How to make a super soft buns. Glazed in maple, warm and buttery that melts in your mouth kind of bread. This is my go to recipe for dinner rolls 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
3 tbsps maple syrup (45ml)
1 egg
1 and ½ tsp instant yeast (5g)
2 and ½ cup bread flour or apf (320g) plus more for the counter
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/4 cup melted butter (55-60ml)
Eggwash: 1 egg and 2 tbsps milk
MAPLE GLAZE:
3 tbsps softened butter (45g)
3 tbsps maple syrup (45ml)
