Today we are making No Knead Tangzhong Milk Bread!
Tangzhong or Yudane in Japanese is a very popular method to make moist and fluffy bread.
Making a homemade bread is a kind of exercise and aroma therapy at the same time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: READ THIS BEFORE START BAKING
2 tbs bread flour
3 tbs water
3 tbs whole milk
250g(2 cups) bread flour
4g (1 ts) salt
4g (1 ts) active dry yeast
30 g(2 tbs) sugar
150 ml (3/5 cup) whole milk
1 large egg ※keep 1 tbs for egg wash
Oven: 20 ~25 mins 200℃（400℉）
