Our team would appreciate consulting with our customer service department before any returns are made. We regret to inform you that returns are not applicable for accessories and SALE/promotion items. Kindly note that you have 7 days to return an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item. You will be immediately notified of the status of your refund after we have looked at the item. If your return is approved, we will start the process of refunding your credit card (or original method of payment). The credit should come through within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
As the customer, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping your returned item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. So if you do receive a refund, the price of shipping will be deducted from that.
