Overripe bananas could be your best Banana Cake ever!
Here’s what you’ll need:
CARAMEL SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter (110g)
1 cup brown sugar (200g)
1/2 cup cream (120ml)
CAKE:
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil (120ml)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
1 cup mashed bananas (250g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (4g)
And 3-4 bananas slice lengthwise
