Recipe:
* makes 6 hot cross buns *
225 grams strong white bread flour
half a teaspoon sea salt
7.5 grams dried active yeast
150 ml soya/ oat milk scalded at 80 degrees then cooled
50 g caster sugar
37g sunflower oil
zest of half an orange and lemon
85g sultanas/ raisins/ currants
half a teaspoon mixed spice
apricot jam to glaze
Follow the video for the method & bake at 160c convection fan oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
