DOUGH:
3/4 cup milk (180ml)
2 eggs
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
CUSTARD FILLING:
2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk (200g)
4 egg yolks
1 cup evaporated milk (250ml)
1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
