Vanilla Loaf Cake, soft and moist #recipe #baking

Vanilla Loaf Cake
3 whole eggs [large]
3/4 cup sugar [150 grams]
1 & 1/2 cups cake flour [190 grams]
1 tsp baking powder [5 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 grams]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1/4 cup cooking oil [60 ml]
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted) [60 ml]
1/2 cup milk [120 ml]

*Loaf pan size: 8 x 3.5 x 2.5 inches

•Bake in a pre-heated oven @ 180°C or 360°F for about 50 mins. or until the cake is springy to touch.
❗️Baking time may vary on the size of baking pan and type of oven.
